I have booked a week at this resort. The confirmation says I have Unit 1947. Anyone knows where (and which floor) this is located?
Also, is the parking free there? Someone mentioned that self-parking is on a dirt lot quite a walk away from the building. Trying to decide if we should rent a car or just rely on cabs and buses.

The unit number on the reservation is not what you will receive.

That’s good to hear. Not sure I want to walk a distance to the dirt lot in the hot sun. Hope the free valet parking is still good. Thanks!

We stayed there a week last October with another couple and had a great time. We did not rent a car except for the one day we wanted to spend the day in Todos Santos and La Paz and, for that, rented the car through the rental desk in the main lobby. It was pretty quick and easy so recommend going that route. We had prearranged transportation to/from the airport ahead of our arrival and used the city busses and Uber the entire time we were there. Both are very inexpensive and easy to utilize. The busses stop right at the entrance to the turn-off to the resort from the main road so easy to catch and Uber will come right to the lobby. The resort has golf carts to transport you to/from the main road if you don't want to walk. Just ask the bellhop to take you. We never found any issues going into Cabo or San Jose Del Cabo the entire time. I would strongly urge you to not waste your money on a car rental to have it just sit in a lot while you are there, although I do recall they have an underground parking area right off the lobby but can't say if that is for guests car rentals or not.

Thanks! That’s what we have decided to do. Traveling with a friend this time without my husband the driver :D. We both feel reluctant to drive.
