Hello everyone,

Is it possible to cancel a confirmed reservation online or do we need to call? If call only, what is the best number? If via website, what is the url?

Thank you,

Tom

You can't cancel online unless they are willing to do so via the chat feature. The phone number to call is in the upper right of the website after you login under "Have a Question?"

The chat feature is very helpful if you need to cancel a reservation after phone hours, to beat a deadline. I’ve done that twice.

Actually you can cancel online, If you go to your upcoming reservations page the is a note at the bottom.
"To cancel or modify your reservation, please submit your request online and a Marriott Vacation Club associate will contact you within one business day. Please note, there will be a delay in your cancellation or modification being reflected online" I just did this which is essentially leaving them a message. I got an e-mail from them acknowledging the cancellation within a day.
