Do you think it's a good value or a decent value?

As always... Thanks in advance

DC points for MR points are not a good value, and if you are only in the points system you don’t have a choice if you want a location with a non Marriott party. Thus, Interval International would be your only option.

The current DC to Bonvoy conversion ratio is 1:40. So at 58 cents in MF for 1 DC point, that would convert to 1.45 cents per point in Bonvoy points. Only you can tell if you can get that much value (or at least close to it) out of those Bonvoy points to consider the conversion a decent value.

Just a reminder that only DC Trust (purchased) Points can be exchanged for Bonvoy Points. Weeks enrolled in the DC can be exchanged for EITHER DC Points OR Bonvoy Points, so the Points from enrolled/converted Weeks cannot be exchanged for Bonvoy Points.

The bottom line is that it's a bad trade regardless. Fifteen years ago before the devaluation of Rewards points it was okay. With the consistent increase in redemption requirements and the dilution of travel packages, it makes no sense to me to use maintenance fees for Bonvoy points no matter how you get there. If you just need a few thousand to get a travel package or something like that then I'd look the other way.
