We own an Opera Suite at the Inn. Our trust deed is prior to Shell, so no points. Every floor has many different layouts and some are really tiny. Our suite is the largest with two bathrooms, living room, and kitchenette. We can book at any time of year, but that often requires significant advance notice to Shell. I booked June 2020 a year in advance. Management fees are high due to salaries in SF.
The location is great. The resort operates like a hotel, with daily room service.
