I kept waiting for this offer for our Marriott account and have never had it offered. However there is currently an additional $50 off for the discounted 5-year platinum membership, making it $509 for 5 years. I bit the bullet and bought the 5 year membership last week when I had an OGS matched from my studio to a 2BR.
