Free to a TUG member: I have two prime summer weeks at Port O’ Call Resort on Hilton Head Island (rated 8.91 on TUG) that need a new home. I have too many timeshares and have bought bigger units to accommodate all the grandkids. Port O’ Call is near Coligny Circle and walking distance to the beach. Both are two bedroom, two bath units, sleep 6 if you use the pull-out couch in the living room. Both are fixed week units with Saturday check-in but Port O’ Call is starting a voluntary request and trade program within your season if you want other dates or want to make them consecutive or concurrent. Current maintenance fee is $1018. Deeded week 28 is in unit 506, next reservation 7/11-7/18/20. Deeded week 30 is in unit 710, next reservation 7/25-8/1/20. Buyer will need to pay closing costs with the closing company of your choice and $1500 to Port O’ Call, $1000 of which will be applied toward your 2020 maintenance fee.
