We are going to be in Key West for two weeks in December and looking for suggestions on things to do.

Look up the LOOP, a free bus service. Gets you to plenty of places.
Fishing charter and get your catch cooked at Dante's ($), sun set cruise ($), the Cemetery, Farmers Market, and a long list of the must see at least once. You could even try the hop on hop off tour ($). Nite life..be sure to look in on the Smokin' Tuna when Caffeine Carl is playing. Or sound check at Green Parrot. Then there are all of the Happy hours...The previous is mostly in old town...plenty of other things else were. A drive to Hog Fish on stock island or up to no name pub...lots and lots to do.

Breakfast at Blue Heaven! But go early, especially weekends.

Boat trip to the Dry Tortugas National Park - Fort Jefferson.

Check to see whether the Lighted Boat Parade will happen while you’re there - watch from the Schooner Bar.

All aboard The CONCH TRAIN!

And, I second Blue Heaven (doesn't have to be breakfast. Actually, I prefer dinner after dark, which will be early in December. I prefer the colorful night lighting, as this place is like eating in somebody's back yard, under the trees. Very unique.)
and the Fast Cat to the Dry Tortugas - awesome trip!
(continental breakfast on the way out, guided tour of Ft Jefferson, box lunch at the fort, time for snorkeling, relaxing ride back to Key West - full day!)
