Great use of technology to track down the missing iPhones! We try to make sure we keep all valuables in the in-room safe if available. We have never had a problem in a timeshare, but one never knows.

Always nice when the thieves are stupid. Makes it easier to catch them.

HGVC and DVC
HGVC should do better background checks. This guy has a previous arrest record. Arrested for battery in 2016 and again May 2019, just one month before being hired at HGVC, for a failure to appear. There may be more arrests that we don't see on Google.

The stupidest line I've read in a news article in a long time, and that's saying a lot:
"A hotel worker is accused of not only stealing from guests, but also getting cash for the stolen items."

In other breaking news: "Druggie buys street drugs, then uses them."

Stupid thief trick: Stealing a checkbook, forging one made payable
to himself, and then cashing it where a thumbprint & photo is taken.

The Judge says: "You really need to find another line of work."
