Evening folks,

As the title states I am a 1st time buyer (AUG 2018) and am currently in the midst of trying to figure out how to sell or transfer my title to an interested party. I am no longer interested in what it has to offer, I simply want out of my contract as easy as possible. Originally purchased in Cabo with The Villa Group.

What my membership states:
Yearly membership club point value - 1700 + bonus 1700
membership type - Villa Preferred Access (VPA)
Yearly maintenance fee - 765

Upon inquiring about cancelling my membership through the Villa Groups hotline I was informed that to do so it would require me to:

1) be current with the years maintenance fee
&
2) have my full balance PAID IN FULL

After the requirements have been met, I can then sell my timeshare to an interested party. Another option I was told was that I can try to find a buyer and transfer my timeshare to said interested party.

My question is this:
1) I do not see a For Sale section in the Forum
2) How should I go about this manor? ( Are their any 1-2-3 step guide of sorts?)

Your Ts is worth $1. If you are lucky, you can give away at https://tugbbs.com/forums/index.php?forums/free-timeshare-giveaways-and-bargain-deals.55/

you need to spend a few days or weeks here educating yourself on selling a Mexican ts. You cannot give it away.

It sounds like you still owe on a loan? Nobody will take on a Mexican timeshare with an outstanding balance.

Sadly this likely has little or no resale value.

Pay it off and give it away or simply walk away.

Remember, Mexican Timeshares are Membership owned, and not a deeded ownership. You have a membership in a club.
