Only in the USA would we spend $100K+ to make a house to look like one did 50 years ago.
Meanwhile, I'm spending my $$ to make my house look 40 years newer than it does.

THIS TWO-STORY beach house in the Malibu Cove Colony was sold by “Brady Bunch” actor Barry Williams for $5.82 million. (Photographs by SimonBerlyn)

I guess being a Brady all those years ago paid off! (No idea what else Greg had done in the last 50 years).

That's a beautiful house! Maybe he invested well and his parents/financial advisors did not rip him off. Wikipedia says his net worth is $2m, he has been married three times - all short term, another source said he continued with acting and singing. So what we see on the surface may not reflect his true worth. Perhaps he bought the house at a much lower price and his stardom jumped it's value! He is probably not super rich. Oh, he has also done television commercials!

Wait! The Bradys still have a house?

Nope . . . I didn't know about it or watch.

I like the Rock The Block Show that took it's place. Watching the Brady House show was painful. I didn't even last through one showing.
