I’m really glad that worked out for you. I ended up filing credit card dispute and got my money back. Their communication was sparse until they got wind that I filed a dispute. Then they wanted to “work something out”. They knew if I withdrew my dispute, they could go back to ignoring me because I would have missed my window to get my money back and they’d get away with it. I told them they could work it out with Chase. I was done. They tried a few more eBay IDs after that. I am not sure what they are these days.
