Actually there are many changes in the IPadOS that was recently released. But, for those like me that really only use it for surfing, not many that I will ever use.
Bucky that is true with many upgrades, and many people decide not to upgrade for that very reason. I have always taken advantage of the free upgrades, because not only are there changes in the operating systems, but there are always security upgrades that are very important.
