Wyndham Bali Hai Villas Purchase

Hello TUG,
We are looking at purchasing at Bali Hai and I am wondering if it is a good price. We are looking at a 3 Bedroom Presidential EOY for $6900.00. The points value would be around 450,000.
In all, with the transfer fees, reimbursing the seller ofr the 2019 maintenance fees and
pre-paying the 2020 maintenance fees we are around $9993.00.

To you pros out there does this seem reasonable?

Bali Hai generally has low fees and you would expect to pay more than other Wyndham properties. I have 3 contracts, all purchased off Tug or Ebay, all with lower cost.

Check last 10 auctions closed on EBay and I think you would be looking at about half that cost. I got a 375 annual for $1500 total (very good deal) and a 256k EOY off Ebay for about $2500, and a 156k annual for about $2000 or so.

Couple going in now that will probably wind up being better deal than you described

in fact there is a 231annul with $3500 or best offer you could pick up right now and it would be half on a point cost basis

That does NOT look like a good deal to me....get on ebay and search current and sold for "Bali Hai Wyndham" and you will see much much better deals. Just my .02 Bob
