I posted a thread on here that got deleted because it was considered an advertisement but someone had commented suggestions on selling a timeshare. I was hoping that someone could give me some info if I was wanting to sell a contract with HICV @ Gatlinburg (transferable). I don't mean for this to be an advertisement but I didn't write down what the reply said before the admins deleted the thread. Thanks in advance!

Are you asking about platforms to sell or FMV for your points/weeks.
As to platform you might want to do ebay with a $400 minimum and hope that someone gets carried away. Or you can estimate on the high end which would depend on the size and season you own and offer it for $2000-$4000 on a facebook page like Holiday Inn Club Owners Page, not affiliated with corporate and if no one bites at the high end accept the best offer you get.

Platform was more my question than FMV so I really appreciate the advice. One other question on that front, who should I use (or where can I learn for myself) to handle the closing?
