I got this email today. The homes are priced from about the low $2 millions all the way up to close to $5 million. And I am assuming that does note include any extras that developers of new homes tend to charge for. But I would hope those prices are all inclusive!

Ha ha. I would love to live here but it is too expensive, even for someone from the San Francisco Bay Area (like me). I can’t imagine paying $2 million to $5 million for a house in Orlando. I did not notice that the homes that are branded by the Four Seasons are asking almost $8 million!

You can buy a whole town for 8 million / or get a semi ok MLB pitcher if your the NY Yankees , LA Dodgers etc .

I would never pay 2 million for a house unless I had about 20 million in net worth, and it wouldn't be in Orlando. You can get a very nice, huge house in Orlando on a lake for around a million. You can get a really nice smaller house in a gated community for about half a million. Orlando isn't cheap.

When people have the money they can get anything they want and splurge. As much as I love Disney, if I had that money I would get a home on the water of Marco Island. I have been on cruises and some of the houses are amazing.

I will just have to settle on living the rich life through timeshares. It really hit me this last vacation when I was in Key West, Captiva and Marco Island, that I could never live the life I do if it wasn’t for timesharing. I was living the rich life. I will say it again, I am a Happy Timesharer!
