I committed to a HGV club membership at Las Vegas Paradise in July and am seeking any suggestions on how to relieve myself of the commitment.

Obviously I am passed my rescinding period- I happened to be out of the country immediately after purchase and haven't been able to dedicate much time to selling or cancelling until now.

PLEASE send some help and well wishes for me to get this closed (I'm refinancing a home, purchasing other assets, etc and I need to devote attention to those pursuits!

Thanks!

I hate to tell you this, but once you have passed the legal recission period (5 days in LV) there are only 2 ways to get out of it:

-Pay it off and sell it.

-Stop making the payments and let it go into foreclosure.

***You are very likely to hear from "Rescue Companies" who promise they can get you out of your contract for a big fat fee - they are ALL SCAMMERS - don't believe them!
