In particular, a cat? I'm in the process of adopting and just realized I won't have the freedom to travel much anymore.....

The Beach Club at St. Augustine Beach, FL (1 floating week, purchased in 1982)

77,000 RCI points (Sunrise Ridge Resort, TN)
There was a pet friendly section at Westgate Vacation Villas a few years ago when we visited family there. There is a list of pet friendly timeshares in the Sticky (pink) section in the Lounge but it is 10 years old.

Enchanted Isle resort.
Vacation Village at Parkway allows pets in one section.
They charge a pet fee.

I think most Westgate locations allow pets for an additional fee.
