Anyone else going to Sheraton Broadway Plantation annual mtg in Sept?

Just got notice of board mtg next month. Since I live in area I want to go. What issues should I be listening for? What should I ask if there is opportunity for questions...either about that specific resort or the system in general? I've never done a board mtg at a big name brand resort...just some mom and pops where annual mtgs were pretty friendly and informative. So...what to expect with Sheraton...will it be a waste of my time? Thx!

I would like to know why they had a glitch in their system and denied there was an issue. This kept me from booking 2 bed lockoff units for two summers, and it was the small 1 bedrooms that weren't available.

I want to know why no one would listen to the OWNERS, when we told them about it many times, and yet they kept denying there was any kind of problem.

I would also like to know why the people at Vistana don't all know the rules of booking, even those in the owner resolutions' department (or whatever it's called). They don't even know. I have names of people who told me I misunderstood the rules.

Why do I have to tell them THEIR rules. Ask them that.

You got ME riled up! I will be your voice Cindy! More complaints, suggestions and advice for VSE? Please weigh in...I will organize everything and print enough to give to board members. All will be anonymous unless you insist I include your name in the notes I want to submit to them. I want to know why maint fees went up two hundred bucks in just two years at SBP Anyone else have complaints about out of control annual maint fees?

Gas grills are great suggestion and will be added to list. I will raise my hand and ask questions if theres a chance...and i will also have printed up ideas and issues of concern to hand out to board members and mgmt.
