First, welcome to TUG, marlyn! You have come to the right place for timeshare advice.
The reason for my very loud groan is that it appears that this company charges an upfront fee. Over the years (at least ten), there have been at least 1,000 reports here at TUG of upfront fees paid to companies making promises to assist in the sale or rental of timeshares. Of all of those payments, there has not been a single verified sale or rental reported here as having come as a direct result of making such a payment.
Also note that although it appears that this company provides all rental services, including handling inquiries, payments, rental agreements, taxes and other details, they really don't. A careful reading of their website shows that all they do is offer their "expertise" on those subjects.
For assistance in renting or selling, read the appropriate "how to..." sticky thread at the top of the list of topics for this Buying, Selling, Renting forum. Take a look at the companion sticky thread for a list of timeshare sale/rental companies that have been frequently mentioned positively by TUGgers. Also read a few of the appropriate articles in the TUG Advice section (link at the top of this page).
