BARTLETT — A dispute between condo owners at the Attitash Grand Summit and the management company that runs it went viral on the internet after numerous scheduled weddings were canceled and an aggrieved bride-to-be took her story to TV stations NECN in Boston and WMUR in Manchester.

Samantha Lary of Gorham was set to be married at the 105-room condominium/hotel in September. But a few weeks ago, her family got an email saying the rooms they booked might not be available.

Then they got a call that much more was being canceled...............

I thought it was very interesting regarding the timeshare rental situation. I can relate because Smuggs where I own has really beared down on how owners can rent and it has made a lot of the owners unhappy.

If that's the summit at Bear Peak, there is a long history of varied problems there.

It is. It was all in the local papers here in Maine. Different HOA than Attitash Mountain Village, though the ski resort is right across the street from those units. Attitash Grand Summit is further down 302, on the Bear Peak side. Too bad...great location!
