Best Closing Companies

This is my first time selling a timeshare and I am unsure of what to do after I find a buyer. I'm planning on giving my timeshare away for free (including all closing cost and next years maintenance fees) but I am unsure of who to use as a closing companies and what is the difference between them all. Does anyone have any recommendations or things to follow after I find a buyer?

I recently sold a timeshare and used a TUG advertiser -- Timeshare Transfer, Inc. Joyce explained everything clearly and made the whole process easy for both sides. She was fast and reasonably priced. Plus, we received our check within a couple of weeks of submitting the paperwork. I would use them again. www.timesharetransfer.com
