I purchased a few Maui weeks that I plan to rent out. Would Christmas/New Years week be the best weeks for rentability? After these weeks, would March or July be better to try to rent out to people? Any insight would be appreciated. Thanks so much!

The highest demand timeframes are New Years, Christmas, Feb., and July.
However, can you reserve Christmas and NY? At many resorts they were sold as fixed weeks.
