I'll do a full review but thought I'd share a few things.

Apparently Bluegreen now has about half the rooms here at the Hotel Blake. We used Shell Vacations SelectConnections program with BlueGreen to stay. This is our first experience of BlueGreen.

Only a block from the EL (on the loop) and about 4 blocks to the lake.

The hotel is an interesting structure made up of three buildings. One is more contemporary and one is on the National Historic Register.

We have the Parlour Suite which is huge. One bedroom and a huge living room. Per hotel it's around 900 square feet. Other rooms appear to be typical (nice) hotel rooms. We have a good view of the Sears (Willits) Tower.

There is a small microwave and small refrigerator. Other than that not much to make it more helpful than a regular hotel room. No sink except bathroom and no dishes, wineglasses, etc.

Our king bed is very comfortable. Urban location so sirens and other noise. Fortunately, that doesn't both us.

Great to have a Timeshare option in Chicago. Much less expensive to us in points that Wyndham Grand Riverfront.

I took my daughter and granddaughter to Hotel Blake, via BG exchange, for Spring Break this year. It was a very good location and nice hotel room. We had a great time though arrived with snow still on the sidewalks to burning up one day. We just had to start out in the mornings in heavier layers and peel down during the day, only to put back on by evening!
