Thinking about selling my annual island view unit at the WKORV-N and buying an ocean front view unit. Any recommendations for a good broker would be appreciated. Also, what is a reasonable fee for the broker? Anyone have any thoughts on this move?

I'll second the recommendation on Syed. Honest, helpful, very knowledgeable about Hawaii.

I have done three transactions with Syed, two of which were WKORV. I recommend him without qualification.
