A brokering company is selling a listing for HGVC in the tug marketplace. I’m skeptical on any company asking for money up front for escrow. Has anyone here dealt with this company before?

I know nothing about the company. If I wanted the week I would say I have no problem with escrow as long as I choose the company and would use Lt Transfers.
