Found a week I am interested in buying at WSJ (I know they are closed through 2018). The seller sent me a contract and it seems rather light. I have a call with a USVI attorney this afternoon to discuss, but what are the things I should be asking or on the lookout for?

Buying a fixed week, Hillside if that matters.

Thanks in advance!

I would be concerned with what season it is. (Effects the SO value and the taxes which are billed directly.) The Plat+ SO are almost double a gold season. My Plat+ taxes are double what a gold season are. The MF are the same. Also keep in mind the added $25/day "environmental tax" that is added on regardless of the unit size. Be aware that you can only book as a home resort in the season you own, otherwise it is a SO reservation and you are competing with everyone in the network.

Villa, Type and Week are very important in this decision - you have not shared this - afraid of someone jumping on this? doubt it...
Remember that the fixed week includes the check-in day.
