We bought with wyndham over multiple transactions and took it all! Hook, line, and sinker!! We are very please with wyndham because we love to vacation, and now it forces us to go. After all, it’s a use it or loose it set up with whyndam. Anyway, we are looking into buying on the second hand market and just wondering, for the sake of ease, if we purchase say 100k points, can those points be incorporated into our current vip contract, and the current benifits we receive for being vip owners, which we did buy from wyndham? Thanks for your help!!!

Yes. Ashe of now any resale points you purchase will blend with your cup points and get the same benefits you currently receive. The only thing they won't do is advance your vip status

Thanks so much for your reply!! We knew it wouldn’t advance the vip status, but everywhere we had looked, it was kind of a gray area on whether or not we would get the vip benefits we currently have with resale points.
Any recommendations on the best place to buy resale points? With the looking around I’ve done, it seems like eBay is the most affordable? Anyone have any other suggestions?

I don't know what level of VIP you are but do you know that you can deposit points into a future use year so you don't lose them? It used to be called credit pooling but that was changed last year. There is a fee, $39 I believe. Depending on your level of VIP there is a window of time it has to be done by. You can also deposit unused points into RCI in weeks amounts if you find yourself beyond the cut off date for depositing points.

No, I was not aware of this. I actually thought they had done away with the “credit pooling” program so this is very helpful!!
