I took out cancellation protection on my RCI Exchange (exchanged through Worldmark), then ended up having to cancel. I called RCI (using the WM extension) to cancel. It's been a couple of days and my points still haven't showed up back in my WM account or the RCI account. Does anyone know how long that normally takes or do I have to call to make sure it happens? The RCI rep I spoke with said they would go back to WM. I later spoke with a WM rep who said they'd go to my RCI account. I don't really care either way, as long as I get them back.

FYI. I cancelled the exchange on a Friday and got the points back in my WM account the following Wednesday. The rep I spoke with on the phone told me that it didn't matter what year's points I used, upon return they would be good for two years and that is exactly how they showed up in my account. I wonder if they had been expiring points, this would've extended them?
