Cancun Clipper Club - dissolution/receiving payment concerns(2014)

Hi

We are current members at the Cancun Clipper Club in Mexico. The club is undergoing a "Dissolution" in which original owners will be receiving a share of the distribution of assets (cash out) from the sale of the club (finalized earlier this year.) We have sent in all the required paperwork as required per the agreement, but have yet to receive our payment (to be wired). Communication from the representative from the Clearing House has been sporadic at best. We have been waiting since early September for our payment. The contact at the Clearing house states that the payment comes from a bank in Mexico City and we are on the next payment schedule. Has anyone received their payments or are others still waiting?

Any help is appreciated.

After multiple tries, it is now June 2015 and we have not received a cent from the Cancun Clipper Club in Cancun, Mexico following dissolution. It is beginning to look like a fraud.

Was any notification sent to you as a member of the Clipper club that this dissolution was happening?
I have been a member since 1998 and received no such notice.

I never even heard of any of this. Have received any information as of 2017? Who was the clearing house for the Clipper Club?

Has anyone been paid on the cash out from the clipper club. I have probably sent more than 15 emails with no response at all, I have sent in all the required paper work with only being ignored time and time again.
