I'll check a few things out for you. Sunset Fishermens Resort and Spa Playa Del Carmen.
2 bedroom 2.5 Bathrooms living area, dining area,kitchen. Oceanfront resort and oceanview rooms. Only about 60 timeshare rooms in the resort.

Rented at Royal Sands from a Tugger.

Now I can start planning a break from polar vortex and -27F temps :D
