Just curious if Hyatt is exercising ROFR?

I am considering selling my EOY, just don't know who even does the resales any more.

They do have the right to ROFR, but I helped a friend sell his last fall. It was an annual 1BR ocean view worth 2,000 points and it sold for under $5,000 and passed ROFR.

Look for comparable listings on TUG Marketplace and redweek.com, but note those are asking prices. You can also call Bill Gabrielli at 775-690-2653. He is very experienced with selling Hyatt units and is very helpful.

Good luck.

Best regards.

Mike

I had an EOY 2200 point Highlands at $3,800 fail ROFR in October of last year but then had an annual 2000 point Highlands pass at $2,000 in December so it may be hard to judge. Currently waiting to see if an annual 2000 point Hacienda Del Mar will pass at $228 (all in - seller is paying closing). I think it will be hard to say until we see what Marriott's strategy will be.

I can’t wait to see if it passes ROFR I’m so excited for you. I’m stil in awe that my 2,200 HBC passed ROFR.
