Charlotte Harbor (Near Fishermen’s Village)

Hi Tuggers
While surfing the web this morning I saw an ad for a new development in The
Punta Gorda/Port Charlotte area.
I don’t know the exact location of this but seems so familiar to the area where Fishermen’s Village is located.
Have any of you kept Fishermen’s Village Timeshare?
We opted out and after seeing this we are glad we did.

Just bothers me that they were not honest about what they were going to do. I don’t regret leaving, just not a nice thing to do to the timeshare leasees.

Sunseeker has nothing to do with Fisherman's Village. It is being built by Allegiant Airlines who service Punta Gorda. Location is across the River from Fisherman's Village. I don't think they are going to be timeshare units. They are advertised as private owner condos and hotel rooms.

They have purchased a golf course that they will be renovating and getting up to standards of a five star course. More to come, I'm sure.
