Looks like a call into II is in order. They are two different months, January and March. I hope they just matched because I need to cancel both. They are only one bedrooms, and I need two bedrooms for our kids and grandkids.

I only found out because I was checking our dates for California in January.

First, I am hoping for back-to-back weeks, and second, I need a 2 bedroom and only have one bedrooms to exchange. I don't mind paying the upgrade fee.

Never did receive anything from II saying the matches came through, so II cancelled without issue. This happened a while back, and a lot of other TUGgers got matches that were unknown to them until they logged into their accounts. She didn't indicate there were problems with the email server, but I bet there are issues. Two matches and no emails is odd.

I actually was affected by the previous issue....I was eplus trading from my history on II, so I just happened to see that one of the 'pending' had changed to an 'start your eplus' I called and cancelled (not my preferred match) but never did see the email/notification.

funny, my email confirmation on this years match (daytime match) came thru many hours after the actual match occurred.

This has happened to me twice but it was exchanges I was waiting for. I still would've liked the emails to let me know they came through.

Have noticed confirmation emails from II are not dependable. I try to check "Exchanges" under "My History" every morning and that has paid off a couple of times.
