Closing Company - PCS Holdings.. Any Feedback?

Hi - just wanted to know if anyone has feedback on PCS Holdings closing company? I purchased a Harborside unit awhile ago with them, but wasn't sure if they a still in business and reputation is good..

Any recommendations for closing company for Bahamas?

Costs and time frame??
