This is a two bedroom in a well liked resort five minutes from Breckenridge and 20 minutes from three other popular ski resorts for less money. Units were all fully updated in 2017.

The Rocky mountains in Winter offer everything from world class downhill skiing to plain old sledding with the locals for free. This place is right off the I-70 so you don't have to travel those local roads very far...The town of Dillon is as charming as they come and Breckenridge is even better...small shops and cafes plus major supermarkets in Dillon....the lake offers a few unusual things to do including ice boating and sail skiing....

OK if you wish to spend $100/day per person to ski but Nordic ski nearby for free and fish if you find open water as there is plenty of space to enjoy the outdoors...Let me know your thoughts about this 1100 SF two bedroom that will accommodate six or more....full kitchen and living area...two full baths and a Lake view.
