Hi guys - I did a quick scan and didnt see anything that answered my question so here goes.

Currently I own a 10K account and just bought a 22K account on ebay. My question is-- should I keep them separate? or should I combined the accounts.

I realize that there is a 200 premium to keep separate.
I realize that the HKT isnt really effected- I'd have 3 in either scenario
I realize I'd have the same guest certificates - I'd have 3 in either scenario

But what about wait lists and stuff like that. Is there any smart reason why I'd be better off to keep these accounts together or separate?

thanks for the input.

The following items have account limits - so owners with 2 accounts generally can have twice as many

Members - 2 per acct
Waitlists - 4 per acct
Bonus Time - 1 reservation (unless booking within 48 hrs of checkin)
Bonus Time weekend only reservations - calendar qtr (varies based credits)
48hr waiting period rule (below)
1 in 5 years FAX red season reservation @ 8 cents
Monday Madness - 6 reservations

There will be a 48-hour waiting period between a cancellation and a new reservation whenever the following occurs:
(1) The Owner is cancelling a one-week reservation in Red Season and then requests to rebook the same reservation for less than a week within 10 months or less of occupancy;
(2) The Owner is cancelling a Vacation Credit Reservation and then requests to rebook that reservation as a Bonus Time reservation;
(3) The Owner is cancelling a regular Bonus Time Reservation and then requests to rebook that reservation as a Guest-only reservation within five (5) days of use; or

Actually with separate accounts you have 4 GC's. The 22k account gets 3 GC's. If you want to combine you should do it at time of purchase so that you do not have to pay a second $299 fee to Wyndham.
