Hello to all. I have not posted in ages /years so seeking your advice from those in the know. I have a Marriott HHI late May week for rent on Redweek and have been contacted by an agent Heidi at Concierge Realty telling me she has a renter for that week ,hold it and she has a contract being written. Is this a scam?

Why would a TS resale company have a renter? There were not many posts on this in TUG . How does this works and if legit what do I need to look out for? Are they rerenting my week and making a profit?

I have done dozens of deals with Heidi. Not a scam.

Concierge Realty is Legit and they are great to deal with. They are going to add a commission to your price, but if you are getting what you asked for, that shouldn't matter to you. They will send you a rental agreement that spells out all the details.

If they are in Winter Garden FL, they are very good. Rented a unit through them a few years ago. Very smooth.

legit, I’ve gotten calls for several years now. they like working with marriot units and high demand weeks.
