Craigendarroch Owners - Resale Commission % after purchase

Hello Craigendarroch Owners...John Pringle (resales in Scotland) asked that I pass on/correct this information on the Board: if you have any plans to resell some time in the future, his/HGV-UK's sales commission is (and has been for over 32 years) 20% + VAT. There was a discussion some time back in which someone stated that the commission was 10%, however that is incorrect and John asked me to clarify, just in case you go down this road. Again, this is only if you resell later on.
