Just completed a tour of the Hyatt in Maui. In and out in approximately 4o minutes. Current pricing for the cheapest Oceanfront 1 Bedroom EOY was $29,063. This was for a September week. Other times of the year were over $30,000. Maintenance fee was $1,900. The person for the exit didn't even bother taking the time to give us the price for the return package since we said we had no use for a 2 bedroom. The quickest tour we ever did. Got 2 tickets for a sunset cruise and $50 gift card.

The eBay one was island view EOY low season week with a first usage in 2021. It is fundamentally almost worthless.

30 k for a timeshare. Wow. If you invest 30 k well, the income would pay for 7 nights at a sweet place in Hawaii and you still have 30 k. Plus no maintenance fees to boot.

    I’m amazed people pay this.
