Current Recommendatons for Timeshare Transfers

Hi all! We just received an offer on our Marriott Maui Ocean Club villa (through our ad on the TUG classifieds THANK YOU!). As such, we are seeking some recommendations for a transfer company. I noticed in perusing the archives that some the companies mentioned in the posts are no longer around (like Prodox) and some have experienced some problems with capacity (like Timeshare Transfer). Can anyone recommend some reputable firms that are currently up and running that can handle what should be "plain vanilla" Maui transfer? Thanks in advance for your help.

Timeshare Transfer

As far as I can tell, Timeshare Transfer is back. I had them do a transfer for me a couple of moinths ago. I've never had a problem using them yet.

Timeshare Transfer

I'm 90% through my closing with Timeshare Transfer. They have been prompt replying to each email, and their paperwork has been timely. Just waiting for the registry of deeds at this point.
