DC Points, 7VC and Escape - Working the System!

Finished my Christmas to New Years plans.
Destination Escape popped up for the final days. Prior days were cheap days anyway. And for the expensive point days, did a reservation with 7VC code that made it cheaper (Valuing Points at .50 compared to Cash price)

I love working the system and not being stuck with 7 day vacations. Flying in and out on days with cheap air fare.

South California and Palm Desert.
All started with some 2018 Bank points I needed to burn and ended up with a great vacation.
