Difficulty getting II Confirms

    Is anyone else having trouble getting the II PDF certs? I cannot get the system to send me any-including a guest cert I am looking for. I called and they send manually. No joy. I am going to wait a day and see if something clears out. I did check spam/junk.

    Did you check the resend box for an another cert at II ?.
    Check your email address to see if II have your correct email address or a difference email address ?
    Have you update your profile with II lately?

    Yes to all. I even tried a different email. I called them. Apparently, their confirmation queue is majorly bogged down. Could take up to 24 hours.

    I bought three Getaways last week, and got initial notices confirming the reservations, but never received full confirmations that detail everything. They used to come right on the heels of purchasing the Getaway. :shrug:

    I often get the first email but then have to manually request the PDF certificate..

    I got all of them this morning, too. Perhaps there was a backlog over the holidays.

    I booked a Getaway last night and received the PDF confirmation this morning. A lot of times when I add a guest certificate at a later date I have to call Interval to send my confirmation to me.
