In case anyone is experiencing a less-than-optimal performance on the DRI.com website, I finally got fed up with website glitches today and called DRI Cust Service two hours ago. Rep informed me a major server outage occurred earlier in the week (unsure the exact day but could be Sunday or Monday, when she was off for the week) so website customers see can still be less than 100%, although the good news is the (separate) system reps use just got brought back up earlier today. Supposedly, tech team has been working on this issue for a few days already.
Glitchs I have seen so far include:
- no inventory at all for a handful of resorts where just the other day I saw a lot of availability
- no availability shows but I can see the resort name/info on the left (normally this would NOT show if no availability exists, the website would just state no availability were found
- no availability shows, no resort name/info shows, and the website does NOT show the normal no availability were found message
- inventory showing one second, then disappears (when I click search again), then shows again (when I click search again)
- login just just simply fails after hit submit after entering my username and password
- sluggishness when doing something (spinning arrow)
