Earlybird check-in: Southwest is going to dynamic pricing

I may have to go back to the old way of checking in. Up to $25? Hopefully no one will want to pay more (since it's based upon demand and route length) and there will be plenty of availability when I board later. It's always something. That said, I truly appreciate them allowing free changes and two free checked bags.

When Early Bird check in first started I thought "who would pay for this", and "I'll never pay for this". Fast forward and yes, I pay for it every time we fly. But many times we're using points so the additional for the Early Bird is minimal. So, I'll probably end up paying for the incremental if I have to.
