Experience with Redweek Payments?

Apparently when you have Redweek verify your listing (WKORV) they also offer Redweek Payments as a service. That requires you to use their agreement and they collect the money from the renter and disburse it only after the guest has checked in. The agreement also specifies that the owner pays the taxes. Anyone use that service to rent your unit? Any downsides or cautions to share? TIA.

I use the service all the time and think it's great. Before I would have to send my own rental agreement to the renter and wait for a response. Then I would have to deal with the various payment methods. Now Redweek handles everything and I only have to wait a few days after the renter checks in to receive payment. Plus I think renters feel more comfortable since Redweek has verified everything.

I have had no experience with the actual payment piece as I have stayed away from it as I was very concerned about the 60 day cancelation option that goes along with it.
