I apologize as I know questions are repeated, but searches also don't give easy answers to specific questions. I would like some information about the lofts at Flagstaff. I have stayed at Sedona, which is amazing, but the points cost is much less for Flagstaff. I would love any insight into why. I would like to know what is there or not there from those who have stayed at both places, and I would like to know if there is space for any air mattresses. I don't exceed # of people, but my children cannot sleep on the same bed. What are the amenities as far as pools go? Are they good?

It's been a while since I've been to Flagstaff. I like Flagstaff more than Sedona. There are about 6 national parks around Flagstaff. It's also cooler than Sedona so depending on what time of the year that would make a difference. The drive between Flagstaff and Sedona is beautiful. Oak Creek Canyon is worth a days visit. Either way you will be driving that road a couple of times during the week.

Flagstaff costs less points because it is an older resort (it may have been one of the original few when Fairfield started up).

In any case, it’s actually a nice resort in spite of its age. Decently maintained. There are very few loft units and they go quick because they have hot tubs on the deck. We stayed in one a few years ago and liked it.

There is plenty of room in the loft unit. I can’t recall specifics but I think it had 2 king beds (or 1 king, 1 queen), plus two twin beds. I don’t remember if there was a sleeper sofa or not. Look it up on the Club Wyndham website for specifics.
