I'd like to give away one of my Wyndham contracts. It has served me well trading into DVC through RCI, but we just aren't going as much as the kids grow. I would like the purchaser to pay the transfer fee (I believe it is $299) and the closing fee. I'm open to using anyone you want for the transfer, but it seems LT Title is highly recommended and affordable. All the 2018 points are available. Please let me know if you have any questions. The maintenance fees are as follows, which I believe are some of the lowest in the system:
