We LOVE our Wyndham ownership, but have too many timeshares and not enough vacation time to enjoy them!

Please let me know if you are interested -- would like them to both go at the same time:

154,000 UDI points every year -- deeded in Myrtle Beach - Seawatch
154,000 UDI points every even year -- deeded in Myrtle Beach - Ocean Blvd.

Current MF are $120/month total.

I'm not sure what costs are involved with transferring to new owner.

Each would cost $299 transfer fee to Wyndham plus about the same for closing costs I would suspect.

doing a recent transfer with LT Transfers they charged 188 to do all the paper work and then 299 to Wyndham. They are super fast and very affordable.

We have LOVED our Wyndham vacations, but we have an OBX co-ownership and a Marriott timeshare that we trade via II all the time, so we get free Accommodation Certs also. Too many timeshares, not enough time!
