    Resort: Marriott's Desert Springs Villas I
    Location: Palm Desert, CA
    Unit Size: 2BR Lock-off
    Week: White season, floats 22-27, 36-49
    Usage: Annual, begins 2020
    Check in days: Thursday, Friday, Saturday, Sunday, and Monday
    Most Recent Maintenance Fee (2019): $1,627.06 annual - Next maintenance fee will be due on or shortly after Jan 1, 2020. Property tax is billed to the owner separately.
    Exchange: Interval International (Membership not included)
    Closing costs: The recipient will pay for the closing and transfer fees. LT Transfers is the most ideal, but you can choose your own if you prefer.

    I have three units of the same but I expect they will go quick.

    One is spoken for and another is asking questions. I still have two more for now.

    For those wondering why I am giving these away. I have 34 Marriott weeks and 5 non-Marriott weeks and I am downsizing. I expect to give away or sell at least 15 Marriott weeks before the end of the year.

    I actually barely missed qualifying for LTE before the deadline. In retrospect I made a mistake because I was having all of my points being earned on SPG, which were not counting towards Lifetime status. With stays and rentals I earn so many nights that I will probably be TE for quite a long time, but not forever unless they change it.
