HOA4 unit 231 E228 deeded week 28 Annual week
3 bedroom locks off into a 2 bedroom and a 1 bedroom unit for 2 trades . This is what I would call a super trader. first usage 2019 next years fees are $924 . You would pay the main fees to the resort and they will bank the summer week you would like. I will pay all closing fees associated with this.
Plantation Resort of Myrtle Beach is the resort. Others here can attest to the trading power. Please PM me if you are interested. Only reason we are giving it away is that we stay mostly stay in hotels when we travel now, and we would still own 4 other weeks here because of the trading power. Traded into gorgeous units in the English countryside, Scotland, Disney properties, Bonnet Creek, lovely Hilton timeshares in Hawaii, too many great trades to list

Can you explain how the trading works with this resort? I am an HGVC owner but looking to branch out into other timeshares companies for more trading options?

Thanks in advance for your response?

This is a generous offer. I would take it, if I didn't already have enough of these weeks. It's even a week 28, meaning the resort will allow the deposit of the deeded week, which is top trading power, weeks 24-32 are top traders.

I was even tempted by this one. I don't need more timeshares. :)

I am doing my best, but it's so tempting. :)
I just received a check from a Marriott brokered sale and although I am trying to downsize a little, part of my brain keeps saying "You have $4000 plus $1200 in MF's that you can use to get something new"

It's a great trader, but I have too many weeks. It's also very rent-able, but I don't ask for a bunch over MF's.

The resort goes thru RCI, and I am so sorry, but the resort name is The Presidential Villas at Plantation Resort, a VERY nice resort. As I mentioned, I have received some incredible trades with it, but even giving this away we will still have 4 more summer weeks there, one of which is every other year. Some of the resorts in England we have used these weeks for are AMAZING!! Been to Stouts Hill many times over the years, all the Devere timeshares most more then once, and too many other great resorts to list. We spend about 6 months a year away from the USA, and a lot of our stays are now hotels. I should actually change the heading of my original post to Presidential Villas . As I mentioned it is a 3 bedroom lock out.

FWIW the resort has become Wyndham Plantation.

It doesn't really change anything for weeks or RCI points owners. It just means when you stay you will be asked by Wyndham reps to do "updates" The only other impact would be if you own Wyndham and had been using your unit here to PIC that could be coming to an end.

Thanks. I have owned from 1997 and never stayed there. Just used for trades. My spoiled adult children only want to stay ocean block.
